CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES
We are not responsible for packages held at customs as this is out of our control. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after it is shipped by the country of import. Any cross border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Siyana Grace is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you notice an address error after confirming your purchase, please contact us via your preferred method as soon as possible. Once your item has been shipped we will have no way to correct the shipping address.
DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
Siyana Grace is not liable for any products damaged while in transit. If you received a damaged order, please contact Canada Post to file a claim. We thoroughly check all of our products before shipping them out to you.
If your tracking information shows your package as being delivered and you cannot locate your parcel, you can contact us via our contact us form in addition to contacting Canada Post directly and we will do what we can to help.
Our local pick up location is in Surrey, BC and orders are packaged within 24-48 hours.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready and instructions on how to set up a pick up date/time. Local pickup is always FREE.
LOCAL DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $50 (before tax)
We are offering a $3 local delivery option to addresses up to 5km from us and $4 to addresses from 5km-10km away. Orders will be packaged and out for delivery within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
Please make sure the address entered is correct or that you notify us of any changes immediately. We will not able to change anything once your order is out for delivery.
Local deliveries are contactless. If you have any special instructions please indicate them at checkout. You will receive and "out for delivery" email and a "delivered" email. We are not responsible for stolen packages or lost packages.
Please be aware that coupon codes and automatic discounts cannot be combined or applied to past orders. Discount codes will not work on already discounted merchandise.
