Shipping Policy

Delays due to holidays or other unforseen events are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and apologize in advance.


We currently only offer shipping within Canada + USA 

All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving your order order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a following email when your order has been shipped along with a tracking number. Your tracking number will provide you with the estimated delivery date determined by Canada Post. 

Coupon Codes

Please be aware that coupon codes cannot be combined, which includes our free shipping code and sale codes.

Free Local Pick Up

Our local pick up location is available in Surrey, BC and orders are packaged within 24-48 hours.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready and instructions on how to set up a pick up date/time. 



Orders over $75 before taxes:
FREE tracked expedited shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 before taxes.

Orders under $75 before taxes:
- $8 tracked expedited shipping (3-8 business days)

Orders under $75 before taxes 
- $12 tracked expedited shipping (3-8 business days)


Unfortunately we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska & Missouri.

FREE standard shipping on all U.S orders over $60 USD.

Orders under $60 USD:
- $10 to $15 tracked packet USA (4-8 business days) depending on order weight.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Siyana Grace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after being shipped. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Shipping Address Policy

Siyana Grace is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you notice an address error after confirming your purchase, please contact us via your preferred method as soon as possible. Once your item has been shipped we will have no way to correct the shipping address. 

 Damages & Lost Packages

Siyana Grace is not liable for any products damaged while in transit. If you received a damaged order, please contact Canada Post to file a claim. We thoroughly check all of our products before shipping them out to you.
If your tracking information shows your package as being delivered and you cannot locate your parcel, you can contact us via our contact us form in addition to contacting Canada Post directly and we will do what we can to help.
