If there is an item you wish to send back to switch for a different style, size or simply to return - please contact us via email first within 7 days of your order being delivered. Shipping costs and return postage are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed.
Your store credit can be used to purchase your new item.
Please note: We will only issue a store credit for the product cost excluding the shipping fees and return postage.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds as we cannot always guarantee a style or size will still be available in our shop.
We cannot process a store credit until the item has arrived to our store.
Order cancellations will be subject to a 5% processing fee and an order can only be cancelled prior to it being shipped.
Damages and Issues
We thoroughly check our products upon receiving them from our vendor and before sending them to you. If you find the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days so that we can evaluate the matter and send you further instructions on how to return your item(s).
Items must not have been worn or washed.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty we will offer a replacement (if possible), a credit or refund.
We cannot process anything until the original item has arrived to our store and we are not liable for missing returns.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to Canada Post in this instance and feel free to email us should you have further questions and we will do our best to help.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Final sale items cannot be returned or cancelled.
