We are only able to accept returns within Canada. All sales from the United States are final sale.
Canadian customers have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us to request a return and await an email from us for instructions. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the date of the return request being accepted. Any returns outside this timeframe will receive a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any return shipping charges or shipping fees charged on the order will not be refunded.
We cannot accept exchanges unfortunately.
Damages and issues
We thoroughly check our product before sending them to you. If you find the item you received is defective, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us so that we can evaluate the matter and make it right.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that refunds can take a few days to be processed by your bank.
