What do you mean by "ethically sourced" products?

By this we mean that the people making the baby clothing we carry are safe and fairly treated. 

This includes but is not limited to:

  • No sweat shops + child labour
  • Fair compensation for work
  • No harsh chemicals or materials use in products
  • Parental & maternity leaves are an option for employees
  • Social insurance protects workers against unforseen costs
  • Workers creating the items are paid fair wages

All of our products are sourced by ethical brands that stand behind and support the workers who make the items we sell. 

What materials is _________ item made out of?

Our clothes are sourced from different brands and therefore some styles have tags listing material information, some tags have information written all in Korean and some pieces do not include any material information. Should you have a specific style you are interested in and want product information please contact us and we will do our best to find this information out from our supplier. 

Can I combine promo codes?

Only one promo code can be applied per order and must be entered prior to confirming your purchase. Promo codes cannot be applied to past orders, sale items or accessories. 

What is your return policy?

How do I check the status of my order?

After your order is shipped you will receive an email notification which will contain your tracking number. Please use this tracking number to check the status of your package along with approximate delivery date. In some cases it may take 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

I haven't received a shipment, ready for pickup or ready for delivery email and it's been MORE than 3 business days? Where is my order?

Orders are typically ready within 2-3 business days. If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven't been contacted please check your spam folder. If there are no emails from us there, please fill out our "contact us" form or feel free to send us a message on Instagram.

How does Sezzle work?

Sezzle allows your to pay your order in 4 equal instalments rather than in full at the time of purchase. We offer Sezzle on orders over $100 CAD/USD. 

Will you be restocking this style?

If a style sells out we may not be able to or may decide not to restock. For this reason is best to grab an item you love before it sells out!

Where do you ship to and do you offer local pick up?

Yes! We have FREE local pickup available in Surrey, BC. We also ship within Canada and the United States with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii and Missouri. More information can be found here.

Is sizing true to size?

Because our styles are sourced from different brands, fit tends to vary. Some might be more fitted and some loose-oversized. It's always safest to get a size up as your little ones grow quick and check our product description for the intended fit. Who is Child Rescue Coalition?

Child Rescue Coalition is a nonprofit organization that creates technology and provides it free of charge to law enforcement to track, arrest and prosecute child predators. Do you collaborate with other brands/influencers?
